Abstract/Summary:
At present,the construction cost of prefabricated buildings in China is generally higher than that of traditional cast-in-place buildings,which has become a key factor restricting the rapid and large-scale development of fabricated buildings.Building high-quality buildings at low cost can increase the market competitiveness of prefabricated buildings and increase market share.As the advanced technology of the current construction industry and manufacturing industry,BIM technology can be highly integrated with the construction of prefabricated buildings,realize the visualization,standardization and synergy of the cost management of the prefabricated building construction stage,effectively improve the level of assembly construction cost management and reduce Construction cost.This paper analyzes the development status of BIM technology and assembly buildings at home and abroad,and analyzes the role of BIM technology in the cost management of the prefabricated building construction stage.Compare the differences in the cost structure and construction methods of prefabricated buildings and traditional cast-in-place buildings,and find out the specific factors that affect the cost of prefabricated building construction.The DEMATEL method is used to quantitatively analyze the cost influencing factors of the prefabricated building construction stage,and the comprehensive relationship of the influencing factors is obtained.The key influencing factors of the cost of the prefabricated building construction phase are found out,and the BIM-based assembled building is established for the key influencing factors.Construction phase cost management workflow,detailed analysis of BIM technology application from cost forecasting,planning,control,accounting,analysis and assessment.Taking a prefabricated building project in Nanjing as the research object,according to the cost management workflow of the prefabricated building construction stage described above,the application of BIM technology in the cost management of the prefabricated building construction phase is carried out from the aspects of design,production,transportation and construction.Discussed.Create BIM5 D model through 3D modeling,data interaction and information integration,perform collision inspection and construction simulation work on the project,reduce errors during project construction,and carry out phased cost analysis and cost accounting for the project,and verify the BIM-based technology.Feasibility of cost management process in the stage of prefabricated building construction.The research results of this paper can be used as a reference for the visualization,synergy and standardization of assembly-type construction cost management,which is conducive to the rapid development of China’s prefabricated buildings.
