The wide application of automotive new energy technology and the requirements of automotive comfort have put forward more new requirements for automotive air conditioning systems,and have also brought new development models to air conditioning systems.More and more vehicle R&D institutions are also involved in the key In the development of parts systems,the car air conditioning controller is the central core of the entire air conditioning system.This paper firstly studies and analyzes the domestic and international status of car air conditioner controllers.The popularization of new energy vehicles is not compatible with the air conditioner controllers of new energy cars in terms of functional requirements and design.Therefore,it is proposed to design new energy sources.Automotive air conditioning controller;then an overview of the working principle and functional composition of the car air conditioning controller;then the hardware and software design,the hardware design considerations of the compatibility of different functional expansion hardware solutions,while fully considering the cost and system performance issues,Design the hardware and hardware circuit of the air conditioner controller that meets the requirements of the vehicle.At the software design level,this study adopts the modular software design idea and the model application layer software development mode.The basic software field adopts the Autosar basic software platform and passes the standardized underlying platform.The software supports the interface call,realizes the platform support ability of the software,and achieves a good software level decoupling,improves the system robustness,and also enhances the scalability.The application layer software design uses Simulink to model the functional application,realizes temperature control,sensor data acquisition,integrated data analysis,motor control,air purification control and other application functions.Finally,the designed car air conditioner controller is tested and tested.Performance testing and completion of vehicle testing and calibration.
