Study On The Protection And Utilization Strategy Of Traditional Dwellings In Tujia Historical And Cultural Villages In Western Hunan Province

As an important part of historical and cultural heritage,historical and cultural villages preserve a large number of historical buildings and carry plentiful social,historical and cultural information.On the one hand,these historical and cultural heritages are the continuous precipitation of historical development and the crystallization of the labor wisdom of local ancestors.They have the property of cultural relics,so it is necessary to protect them to some extent.On the other hand,its material form is manifested as the rural architecture or architectural complex with social function attribute,which is formed in the long-term historical development and has life and continuous development.It is impossible to realize sustainable development of villages by freezing preservation or utilization.How to balance protection and utilization of historical and cultural villages has always been one of the key topics in this field.Due to its closed natural conditions,western hunan has formed the geographical isolation of natural barriers,and created the distinct national culture and traditional architectural characteristics of tujia people who live here.However,the current situation of its protection and utilization is not satisfactory.Therefore,according to relevant theories and the existing protection,this paper puts forward four ways to protect it.aiming at the traditional dwellings in Tujia historical and cultural village:Authenticity protection and utilization,Authenticity of living environment protection and utilization,Functional replacement protection and utilization,Off-site protection and utilization.The paper further discusses prototype building selection principles of various protection methods,building units' repair and construction,advantages and limitations,combined with the related practical cases in the region.It is suggested to maintain the sustainable development of harmonious human settlements.Through the establishment of diversified historical and cultural village protection and utilization methods,coordinate the interests of all parties involved in the protection and utilization of villages:This paper is mainly divided into four parts,the first part is literature review,includes the first and cecond chapters.Chapter one introduces the research background,research significance,research scope,research content,research methodologys and technical routes.Chapter two is the research history of historical and cultural villages at home and abroad.The second part includes the third and fourth chapters.Chapter three introduces the background environment of western Hunan Tujia people from regional environment,settlement characteristics,traditional residential characteristics and other aspects.Chapter four is a survey of the current situation of protection and utilization of Tujia historical and cultural villages in western Hunan.The survey and analysis are carried out from the aspects of protection planning,protection implementation effect and implementation satisfaction.It also summarizes the problems faced by the protection and utilization.The third part(Chapters 4 and 5)mainly focuses on the solutions and strategies proposed in the current situation.Firstly,it combines the classification status of traditional residential protection and utilization in China,and clarifies the four types of protection and utilization of traditional residential buildings in this paper.Choose the most appropriate way to protect and use it.Then combined with the actual case,propose corresponding strategies for various ways of protection and utilization.Chapter five discusses the selection,design strategies of all kinds of protection and utilization.The fourth part is the summary of the classification,design strategy of the protection and utilization of traditional dwellings in Tujia historical and cultural villages in western Hunan.
