| Rural e-commerce has developed rapidly in recent years,therefore express industry developed rapidly too,however it also formed challenges to express packaging.Because when doing the rural e-commerce package,in addition to sealing,it also is needed to wound around in ring shape,so the packaging requirements are very high.The manual packaging will need a lot of labor,because there is no related special machinery.The packing process becomes the shortcoming of the whole rural express industry.In response to this problem,this paper has carried out research to design a all-round wrapping and sealing machine for rural e-commerce express carton.The main work contents for the design are as follows:(1)Conducted research on the express packaging industry.It is found that the current rural express delivery industry mostly adopts the packaging method of one-word winding and cross winding,and has the problems of various specifications,complicated packaging process,high requirements,slow speed,a lack of related machinery and other problems.This paper summarized the needs for the packaging machinery in the industry,which lay the foundation for mechanical design.(2)Proposed the design requirements of the whole machine.Combing with the survey results,it is proposed that the machine can automatically adapt to select the various sizes postal carton of the 1 to12,at the same time it can complete the sealing and winding in multiple directions to ensure finishing with in quality and with high speed and to do miniaturization of the fuselage.(3)Proposed a winding machine design plan.the author designed a three-axis variable speed continuous rotation operation scheme.Combining the physical model with the mathematical model,and using the method of the combination of theoretical calculation and engineering practice,the interference condition of the winding frame of the winding machine is analyzed,and the three-axis variable speed continuous rotation scheme is designed to make the winding frame on the three shafts can normally operated,which realized three-direction wrapping at the same time,and the efficiency is two times of intermittently rotating package in three directions,so that the time of each package wrapping and packaging is controlled within 10 s.(4)Analyzed the positioning method for the clamping and proposed the clamping scheme.Combing with the positional relationship between the clamping mechanism and the three-dimensional space of the winding frame,a dynamic clamping scheme was designed,that is,the clamping support point continuously extends or retracts with the changing position of the winding frame to prevent interference with the winding frame and to ensure the correct positioning of the carton.(5)Physical model and virtual prototype analysis and verification.The scale model of the winding is established,after the controlling test according to the plan,it is proved that the scheme is feasible.Through test using the overall three-dimensional model for static drying involving dynamic interference,it is proved that the entire mechanical structure assembly relationship is reasonable,and will not take interference,the whole machine operation plan is reasonable.This machine can complete the work of word winding and cross winding of the carton at the same work station,and can be set with different packing methods according to actual needs;it can also adapt to the specifications of postal standard express carton,and it does not need manual adjustment to achieve flexible packaging;The overall structure of the machine is relatively small,so it is able to meet the needs of various small and mediumsized places.It has strong adaptability,therefore it can meet the requirements of rural ecommerce express package. |
