Investigation And Analysis On Resettlement Satisfaction Of Yanshan Reservoir In Henan Province

Reservoir is the most important part of flood control system,and immigration is the most important part of reservoir construction.The migration of Yanshan Reservoir can not only solve the poverty problem,protect the lives and property of people in H enan and Anhui provinces,and protect the smooth flow of national transportation rout es,but also effectively utilize flood resources,green power generation,irrigation and s o on,and promote the utilization of flood resources.The investigation and analysis of the resettlement of Yanshan Reservoir can effectively promote the healthy and orderly development of the resettlement work and provide a better reference for future policy-oriented immigrants.The survival and resettlement of Yanshan Reservoir immigrants i s mainly based on large-scale agriculture,adhering to the principle of land resettlemen t.The resettlement site of the new immigrant village should solicit the wishes of imm igrants and make reasonable planning according to the production and living habits of immigrants.The new village road is sand and gravel road,the water supply is water standard,the investment in infrastructure such as power supply and communication is determined according to the actual planning index,and immigrants should reach " thr ee links and one leveling" when moving,i.e.water supply,electricity supply,access a nd site leveling.Based on the investigation of Yanshan Reservoir immigrants in Henan province,t his paper uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the immigrants ’ satisfaction degree from the four aspects of policy,production,life and survival.And from the d ifferent gender,age,education level and family income level several aspects of the cr oss-analysis of satisfaction,concluded that:(1)On the whole,the satisfaction of policy,production,life and survival of reservoir immigrants is on the medium side.Most of t hem are still satisfied,dissatisfied with the specific performance in some needs are no t met and the current situation of life evaluation is low.(2)There is no significant diff erence in the living satisfaction of male and female migrants.(3)The satisfaction of y oung people is greater than that of older people.(4)People with lower education level are more satisfied than those with high educational attainment.(5)Family satisfaction with higher income levels is slightly lower than in families with low income levels.To this end,the following countermeasures are put forward: Strictly adjust the manageme nt mode of special funds for immigrants;Improve the level of village government public service;Improving social security measures for immigrants;Improve,optimize and imp rove entertainment level;Increase transparency in immigration support;Strengthening external supervision.
