Research On Software Development Of Vehicle Driving Wandering Test System Of Laser Ranging

The test application software is one of the most important components in the vehicle driving wandering test system of laser ranging.In this paper,with the hardware program of the test system,a software of vehicle driving wandering test system of laser ranging is developed according to the scientific method of software engineering.The main researches of this paper have the following four aspects:1)The hardware layout scheme of vehicle driving wandering test system of laser ranging was introduced.The test principle and work flow of the system on this basis were analyzed,and the system requirements according to the system technical requirements were analyzed.2)The software was designed based on the system requirements analysis,mainly included user interface design,database design,module design and data structure and algorithm design.In the software design process of the system many technical problems occured,mainly occurred in the communication module and the main test module.Through analysis of related technical problems and continuous improvement of communication and testing programs,and the overall system architecture and the data structures of various functional modules were ultimately designed.3)The functional modules from the detailed design were encoded based on LabVIEW software development tools.At the same time,each bottom module was tested,and then the bottom modules were combined to the main control modules to integrated test.Finally,the software system was transplanted to the actual test environment and made the corresponding system testing,mainly included functional tests,performance tests and stress tests.4)After the test system was delivered and used,the software was maintained according to the problems happened in the actual test process.For the problem that the test data was abnormal due to mis-triggering of the test point in the test process,corrective maintenance was performed;for the problem of inconvenient calibration of the test system,adaptive maintenance was performed;and for the problem that the system function was not perfect,perfect maintenance was performed.At the test site,vehicle driving wandering test system of laser ranging has been practically applied.Practice shows that the main control modules of the software of the test system are in good condition and meet the test site’s requirements for high-intensity,high-efficiency,and multi-task testing of the test system,and meet the requirements of the vehicle manufacturers for the test of offline vehicles of driving wandering.
