When wandering occurs,not only will it wear parts and tires of the vehicle,but also it will increase the driver's fatigue.With the high requirements on overall performance of vehicle,the vehicle industry pays more and more attention to the problem of vehicle driving wandering,in order to avoid the defective vehicle coming into the market,it is critical to study and develop high precision and efficiency vehicle driving wandering test system.This paper analyzed domestic and overseas situation of vehicle driving wandering test,compared with the working principle,merit and demerit,applied environment of different test projects,combined with the rapid development of sensor technology and feasibility analysis,it planned to develop a set of vehicle driving wandering test system of which was based on laser ranging,and then simplified the system's layout and reduced operating steps.This article's mainly researches are the following three aspects:(1)This paper introduced the hardware layout and working principle of test system,and introduced the hardware selection and design from three aspects of data acquisition module,wireless communication module and auxiliary equipment.Studied the advantages and disadvantages of unilateral distribution and bilateral distribution from two aspects of the consistency of emission light placement and the problem of sensor adjustment,and then determined the distribution of the bilateral distribution of the sensor,to fundamentally solve the problem of inconsistent placement and inconvenience to adjust the problem,improved the system test accuracy.According to the performance characteristics of wireless AP to determine the combination way of thin AP,combined with the actual test road conditions and simulation test to determine the distribution of AP and installation location.(2)Developed and designed wireless communication module,data acquisition module,production network module and the main program module based on LabVIEW.Selected TCP wireless communication protocol and determined the workflow,putted forward new communication strategy on the basis of practical problems;With theoretical analysis and experimental analysis,lucubrated abnormal data and invalid data reasons of data acquisition,through the data processing to ensure the effectiveness of test data;And processed different situations which the data may be incomplete,the different circumstances was given to different computing processing,and then to ensure the smooth operation of the test system.Production network module was designed to achieve interconnection test of vehicle driving wandering system;Designed the user interface for data query and parameter configuration,etc.(3)Based on coplanar method to design calibration system and calibrate the test system,and then optimized the data processing program;Analyzed the factors which may affect the precision of the test system,and searched the main source of error,then compensated the error to improve the accuracy of test system.At the same time,optimized the algorithm of the entry angle.The test result showed that the vehicle driving wandering test system which was based on laser ranging had the advantages of low cost,high precision,fast response,simple layout,simple operation and so on.
