The four-way energy module power synthesis system is the key equipment of the mainframe device's chip-and-discharge energy system.The reliability level of the four-way energy module power synthesis system determines the performance of the chip-and-drop energy system.The rapid development of the electronics industry has made the requirements for its reliability higher and higher.So far,China's research on pulsed power supply system is not deep enough,so it is very important to improve the reliability level of domestic pulsed power supply system.For this situation,this paper focuses on the reliability distribution of four-channel energy module power synthesis system.Expected technology.The main contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,the four-way energy module power synthesis system is hierarchically divided,the structure and function of each level are defined,and the corresponding reliability model is established.Determine the reliability of the four-channel energy module power synthesis system,and focus on the important steps of reliability prediction,model the reliability of the system,and made full preparations for distribute and predict the reliability of the four-channel energy module power synthesis system.(2)The purpose and index of reliability allocation of four-way energy module power synthesis system are clarified.The allocation principle and precautions of four-way energy module power synthesis system are stated.According to the characteristics of four-way energy module power synthesis system,AGREE allocation method is determined as the system reliability allocation method,and the importance coefficient and complexity of this method are further studied.Then,according to the reliability index of the four-way energy module power synthesis system,the optimized AGREE allocation method is applied to all levels of the system.(3)According to the characteristics of the four-channel energy module power synthesis system and the data accumulation during the development process,the reliability method based on the failure physics is determined as the reliability prediction method of the four-channel energy module power synthesis system.The main failure modes of the four-channel energy module power synthesis system are determined.This paper mainly studies the thermal fatigue failure of the solder joints on each substrate in the system and the electromigration failure of the integrated circuit,and performs Monte Carlo simulation on the corresponding failure distribution.The corresponding failure distribution is then approximated by the Taylor series to solve the two failure distributions and verified by Monte Carlo simulation to establish the physical model under multiple failure modes.Then,the venting protection board,which plays a key role in the normal operation of the four-way energy module power synthesis system,is selected as the object of reliability prediction calculation.(4)Finally,the research contents of this paper are summarized,and the problems in the reliability allocation and estimation of the four-channel energy module power synthesis system are proposed,and the subsequent work is planned and planned.
