Grain is one of the strategic materials in our country.As a very important link in the process of grain transfer after grain production,it is of great significance to reduce the mildew waste caused by unsuitable temperature and humidity in grain storage.It is of practical significance to reasonably control the opening and closing of the wind window according to the ambient temperature conditions for ventilation and ventilation,and to replace the mechanical refrigeration equipment with the natural low temperature condition.The remote monitoring technology of Internet of things greatly improves the adaptability of terminal equipment in production and greatly reduces the cost.In this paper,a remote control system for storage air window based on Android mobileterminal is developed.According to the conclusion of the natural ventilation experiment of the granary,the conditions that need natural ventilation and the applicable occasions are analyzed,which provides the basis for the remote control of the natural ventilation process of the wind window.The window opening mechanism suitable for the system is designed,and the wind window size of granary is measured on the spot,and the structural parameters are determined by drawing calculation.According to the calculated parameters in Soildworks,the structure parameters of the mechanism are determined.The three-dimensional modeling and assembly of the components are carried out,and the running condition of the mechanism is verified to meet the design requirements by analyzing the window opening angle of the form and the linear speed of the electric push rod in the mechanical dynamics simulation software ADAMS.The layout requirements of temperature and humidity sensors and communication module is programmed to connect the wireless router of granary.Register the cloud platform and add data points for temperature and humidity detection and electric actuators;develop Android applications that can access the cloud platform for monitoring and control in WIFI mode,as well as monitoring and control in the Using data flow,managers use Android intelligent devices to monitor and control the temperature and humidity of granary under different working conditions.It reduces the cost of the system,meets the all-weather and efficient application requirements,and saves valuable human resources.
