Construction Of Two-spool Turbine Tester

Turbine test,one of the important components test,which has always been set store by many aero engine development units at home and abroad.In order to more realistic simulate working environment of the turbine,ascertain the best matching relationship of two-spool turbine,and study the effect of the cooling air on the performance,so the construction of two-spool turbine tester has the extremely important practical significance.Construction of two-spool turbine tester is one of the important projects in the construction task of aero engine for CAPI.This paper is completed based on the task in this project born by the author.Taking the design and checking of the turbine tester as the object,based on the intensive study on requirement of two-spool turbine performance test,the key tester are designed,including main pipeline system,power measurement system,cooling and axial force balance system,lubrication system,main platform,test system,electrical system etc,which give stable base for completing this two-spool turbine tester.The design of these key tester are reasonable,can meet the requirements of the test.After the completion of two-spool turbine tester,through the test,the test pieces and turbine tester are introduced,including one-spool modeled turbine test pieces of power turbine and turbine tester debugging test,one-spool modeled turbine test pieces of gas turbine and turbine tester debugging test,two-spool modeled turbine test pieces and turbine tester debugging test.The two-spool turbine tester can work stable and reliable,can meet the requirements of the test.
