As the national Marine development strategy,the high performance and quality military ship's demands is increasing,military orders quantity increased,so the ability of building the high value-added ships has become one of the way which a shipbuilding enterprises actively construct their own core competitiveness.Ship shaft system is an important part of power system,the high quality demand of the construction process,large rework cost for some parts of the process,completion quality directly decided to promote efficiency,the use of performance and economic performance indicators,and thus of shafting installation quality control has the very high research value.This thesis comes from the author's actual work,found the problem that ship-speed is not qualified because of imperfect quality management standard deeply affect the owner satisfaction.Through the study and research of shafting installation construction technology,the data in the process of the construction and quality control theory,try to application system and gradually improve the quality control method of the actual production requirement,finally select quality function deployment(QFD),quality house technology and failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)used in combination for complementary advantages.Customer demand analysis,the technical characteristic,weights,relevance,failure mode,evaluation and calculation of risk priority number are given in this paper,the key elements of quality control by using the integration model of QFD and FMEA to determine the weighing values of reasonable correction.Using QFD2000,Minitab,Excel and other software to make quality control analysis of shafting installation process.At the end of the article,combining of HuDong ZhongHua Shipbuilding(group)co.LTD's actual production situation to optimiz the key elements of the quality control method by applied statistics(SPC),tooling optimization,the algorithm programming real-time adjusting and monitoring method,comprehensively improve the entire process quality control table.Scientific quality control theory and method is applied to actual production which provides positive contributions to improve the quality of productions,solve the problem for the enterprise and build the core competitiveness.
