The composite narrow box is an important equipment for air defense weapons.The narrow box blanks are manually laid and wound,and the molding error is large,so that the ring ribs on the narrow box must be ground to be assembled with the standard longitudinal ribs.At present,most of the boxes are polished by manual means,the quality is unstable,the efficiency is low,and the dust pollution is serious.In order to change the backward situation of the narrow box processing,it was decided to adopt the automatic narrow box measurement and grinding method.According to the requirements of the module,the Access data management system is used to set up the database,such as the assembly location information database,measurement database and so on.To this end,this paper developed a set of narrow box automation processing module with parametric modeling,assembly simulation,NC automatic programming.The main work and results of the thesis are summarized as follows:(1)Based on the Windows environment,on the Visual Studio 2013 development platform,the narrow box parameterization design sub-module was developed through the UG/Open secondary development tool.The operator can realize the box and ring-shaped based on the measurement data in a single UI interface.Parametric modeling and the establishment of a narrow box database based on module requirements.(2)Developed a long and narrow box longitudinal-ring assembly test sub-module,which realizes the automatic assembly of longitudinal reinforcement and automatic extraction of interference body.(3)Researched and analyzed the processing technology of the narrow box,and developed the NC automatic programming sub-module of the narrow box.The module calculates the tool path using the variable axis contour milling mode to generate the tool position source file.The post-processing program of the four-axis single-pendulum gantry milling machine was programmed,and the source file was processed by the integrated calling method to generate the NC code recognizable by the numerical control machine.(4)Based on the VERICUT simulation platform,t he machining environment of the four-axis single-pendulum gantry milling machine was built,and the virtual machine tool simulation processing of the narrow box ring rib was realized.The optimization method of the feed rate of the ring edge machining is studied,and the feed rate in the code is automatically optimized.The machining result shows that the NC code generated by the NC automatic programming module is actually available,and the NC programming efficiency of the narrow box can be improved under the premise of ensuring the processing quality of the box.The research results of the thesis have been tested and tested by the enterprise and can be used for the manufacture of actual narrow boxes.
