With the level of economic and social development in China is improving, the scale of power grid construction expands in gradually. The distribution network is becoming more and more important as the connection link among power, transport system and the users. Its position in large-scale grid should be taken seriously, But the reality is that our government don’t attach great importance to the construction and management of urban power distribution system in actual power grid operation, the problems of power distribution system are exposed gradually, the serious lag of urban distribution network already have not adapt to the urban construction and development of the electricity requirement. During the "twelfth five-year", we have made abundant achievements in the standard formulation, platform construction, system guarantee of distribution network construction. Now construction and construction of the distribution network has attracted a great attention of the local governments and related departments. Although the distribution network construction work has been under widely taking, the distribution network construction, how to plan evaluate the construction result, whether the construction scheme need to optimize, how to test the effect after the construction put into implement, how to describe the process and effects of the reform measures of power grid construction in quantity.The major reason which cause the above problem is that the network construction lack a comprehensive cognition and understanding and the judgment of the construction scheme is lack of a specific measure criterion Therefore, in order to ensure the safety, reliability and economical efficiency of power supply, There is an urgent need to study scientific power grid construction evaluation method and the power grid construction evaluate quantization judgment.The adaptability of power distribution network construction has become a key factor in distribution network construction and construction in consideration, the result will affect the local power grid construction and development of power supply, and further influence the economic and social development. This paper studies the present situation of the study on comprehensive evaluation of the distribution network, researches the adaptability of distribution network construction comprehensive evaluation system on the basis of the variety existing distribution network. Combining with the characteristics of regional economic and social development level, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the adaptability of power distribution network construction are studied, put forward the comprehensive evaluation method based on hierarchical analysis model of comprehensive evaluation system. Through evaluation of the regional present grid, analyze the adaptability of distribution network from the horizontal perspective, find out the existing problems of power supply development situation and power grid construction, measure whether the local power grid construction and construction is suitable with the economic and social development of the region, avoid the waste of money and resource in the power grid construction too fast or slow power grid construction phenomenon to restrict Chinese economic and social development. To provide a scientific method for the related departments, solve the proposed project scheme is feasible and alternative comparison when the department make investment decision and scheme project selection.
