Wind power generation is one of the main methods to solve the shortage of energy supply in various countries.The wind turbine capacity in China will be 37.54 million MW,by 2020,accounting for 2.6% of the national electric energy.The construction of wind turbine is also developing continuously.Between 2010 and 2020,the average annual installed capacity of wind turbine in China is more than 13 million MW,and the output value is up to tens of billions of yuan.These fully show the urgent demand for wind power generation in China and create a good external environment for wind power investment projects.China undefineds domestic market for megawatt wind turbine demand will be very urgent.However,compared with water conservancy,thermal power and other power generation technologies,wind power generation technology and equipment are updated more quickly,and the continued investment in capital is larger,which is liable to cause the lack of technology storage in wind power enterprises and the price of wind power and thermal power,and hydropower does not have any advantages.Therefore,the investment risk of wind power generation is high.The establishment of wind power plant is a systematic project,which can be affected by various aspects of wind farm investment risk.The risk of reasonably avoiding the investment project of controlling wind farm has been paid attention to in the field of investment management.This research is based on the current situation of wind power industry development,and briefly analyzes the development trend of wind power industry,aiming at the characteristics of wind power projects,mainly from the policy,economy,technology,The risk factors in wind power project investment are analyzed in various aspects,such as natural disasters,the risk factor evaluation system is established,and the qualitative analysis of risk factors is done by using logical framework method.The evaluation criteria of risk factors are designed according to the probability and influence degree of risk factors.On the basis of qualitative analysis,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the project risk quantitatively,and then the risk factors are evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively.This paper analyzes the risk of wind power project investment by selecting CZ wind farm as the model of case study,and puts forward the corresponding risk management countermeasures,which has certain reference significance for improving the management level of wind power project and reducing project risk.
