With the rapid development of city,the disasters of water pollution and urban inland inundation caused by rainfall runoff have gradually occurred.Sponge city construction is proposed under this background.The engineering practice at home and abroad shows that storage capacity of storage pond is an effective means to prevent urban inland inundation in the process of sponge city construction.However,the operation rule of storage pond based the purpose of storage capacity is lack of correlation studies at present.Therefore,this article taking the sewerage zone of Dahuanhe River in Xi'an city as a study region,taking storage pond in Yucai middle school as an object builds regulation optimized model of storage pond as well as using SWMM model simulated the process of runoff-producing and flow concentration and pipe-network flow concentration and using actual rainfall data to conduct results testing.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Using ArcGis software makes a rational generalization for sub-catchment area and storm water network in study region and gets the distribution diagram of underlying surface and the generalization diagram of drainage network.And using it makes statistical process for certain parameters in study region and builds SWMM model based on the measured date,using the method of varying runoff coefficient to checkout variable coefficient respectively-1.46%?0.43%and 4.82%,which are meet the requirement of ±5%,building model has reliability.(2)Combined with the functions and applicable conditions of the storage pond facilities in sponge cities,the rules for the rational operation of the storage pond can be analyzed.Confirmed the system requirements,and taking the minimum overflow quantity of the drainage network as the goal and selected the rate of water-level fluctuation in the water inlet as the state machine which form the regulation relationship of lockage between the operation water level and the inlet sluice.In order to achieve the purpose of regulating water storage,a storage pond operation rule model was established.(3)As the simulation result shows that it is obviously related between the water level variation in water inlet of the storage pond and the variation of the whole water volume.At the same time,the rate of water level in the node is also obviously related with the rainstorm intensity.The water delivery process of the pipe network has a certain hysteresis.The effect of the storage pond on the surrounding pipe network is better than that in the distant place.The effect of the storage pond on the rainstorm during the heavy rain period is better than that in the small return period.Three operational rules for storage pond are proposed,which are the water level peak,the water level rate peak,and the 50%water level rate peak as the opening indicator.The results showed that the effect of 50%rate peak regulation was the best.And using the the measured rainfall simulation to respectively verified the node water quantity control,the drainage fullness of drainage network and the flood peak discharge in the three aspects.The result shows that the storage effects are as expected.
