Research On Landscape Activity Evaluation And Design Of Urban Community Park

As an important part of urban public space,community parks provide convenience for residents of surrounding communities to carry out leisure activities,which are close to each other.With the sustained and rapid economic development and strong policy support,the importance of community parks has become increasingly prominent.However,due to the lack of a unified layout of urban community parks,the number is increasing,but there are still many contradictions between design and actual use.While some community parks are unavailable,there is also a phenomenon that residents compete for space for activities.Starting from the landscape activity of community parks,this paper studies the characteristics of the users of Fuzhou community parks,the influencing factors of landscape activity and the comprehensive evaluation of the landscape activity of community parks.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Definition of the concept of landscape activity of urban community parks and induction of influencing factors of landscape activity.By consulting and summarizing the theories and evaluation methods of landscape activity at home and abroad,and considering the lack of orderly activity of community parks in China,this paper defines the landscape activity of community parks as the ability of attracting people to do orderly activities in different spaces of community parks for maximum time and frequency.(2)Analysis of influencing factors of landscape activity of urban community parks.Taking Fuzhou Community Park as an example,this study investigates seven community parks in Fuzhou.Through cognitive mapping,on-site interviews and focus group methods,29 factors affecting landscape activity are collected from environmental characteristics,behavioral characteristics and culture.(3)Establishment of the evaluation system of urban landscape activity.Combining the theoretical basis with the results of practical investigation,this paper establishes an evaluation system of landscape activity of urban community parks from five aspects: natural activity,location activity,spatial activity,facility activity and cultural activity.Combining expert questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process,the relative weights of each factor in the evaluation system are determined,and the weights of 25 final indicators,such as temperature and sunshine,are finally obtained.(4)Empirical research.The representative Hutou Recreation Park,Wangzhuang Nanhu Park and Yafeng Park are selected as the empirical research objects of the evaluation system.According to the functional zoning of the park,users are randomly selected to score the landscape activity in each zoning.Finally,the overall score of the park landscape activity is synthesized,and the need for further improvement in the spatial environment,management and maintenance of community parks is pointed out.(5)Strategies and design Suggestions to enhance the landscape vitality of urban community parks.Around the city community park landscape dynamic evaluation index system,put forward to promote community park accessibility,improve the space utilization rate,create a comfortable natural environment,to enhance community cohesion the four aspects of the opinion,to build health and vigor for the surrounding community residents outdoor recreation space,enhance communication,promote the physical and mental health of residents.
