Research On Optimization Strategy Of Qingdao Seaside Retirement Community Under The Concept Of Suitable Aging Design

Faced with the enormous pressure of population aging,the society responded to the call of the state and supported government policies by building related pension industry projects,which has created a boom in the construction of old-age welfare undertakings in China,especially in the construction of coastal cities such as Sanya in Hainan.protruding.As a natural resource-based coastal city,Qingdao also conforms to the development trend of the social pension industry.The construction of the old-age community has won the well-being of the local elderly.At the same time,it has attracted a large number of foreign pensioners.However,due to the maturity of the relevant old-age construction management experience in China,the elderly products in the rapid mode have exposed many problems.The focus of this thesis is to use the design concept of aging as the premise.The elderly as the main service target of the community,investigate the development status of the existing old-age community in Qingdao,and analyze the influence of the leading role of the elderly on the content of community construction.The interaction between people and the community,and then face the existence value of the seaside old-age community,and explore a strategy of optimizing the old-age community that takes into account social benefits,ecological benefits and service resources,in order to seek the development of the old-age welfare industry in the coastal areas.According to the characteristics of the four development types of the Qingdao old-age community,a more typical entity case study was selected.On the one hand,a large amount of information on actual operation and construction content was collected as the theoretical basis of the thesis,and on the other hand,the design concept of the aging design Based on the combination of people and environment,smart growth and the basic characteristics of the elderly,as the theoretical direction of this paper,we will jointly develop an optimization strategy for the construction of the old-age community in Qingdao.Although the lack of status quo has been found in the process of reviewing the construction system of each old-age community,it is better to understand its social responsibility and development value as a product of social aging development.Therefore,the optimization research of Qingdao seaside old-age community is not only to upgrade the internal construction content of the community,but also to explore how the community as a service attribute of the elderly promotes the development of the surrounding old-age service,and achieves a shrewd growth in the true sense.
