| Construction industry is the pillar industry of China’s economy,but its development mode is relatively extensive.Under the background of high-quality economic development,construction enterprises,the main body of the construction industry,need to change the extensive management mode and bad competition situation,strengthen cooperation and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,in order to promote the efficiency and efficiency of the whole construction industry.Influenced by their own resources,capabilities and industry development,large-scale construction enterprises gradually develop to management-oriented enterprises,responsible for general contracting;small-scale construction enterprises gradually develop to professional enterprises,responsible for professional subcontracting and labor subcontracting.It is an inexorable trend for the general contractor and subcontractor to complete the project through planned cooperation.At the same time,trust plays a very important role in cooperation,and cooperation performance is the manifestation of cooperation results.Therefore,starting from the cooperation between the general contractor and the subcontractor,this paper explores the mechanism of trust,cooperation and cooperation performance between the general contractor and the subcontractor through empirical research.Firstly,this paper elaborates and analyses the current research situation of trust,cooperation and cooperation performance between general contractor and subcontractor through literature review;secondly,it uses resource-based theory and transaction cost theory to analyze the intrinsic motivation of cooperation between general contractor and subcontractor and its positive impact on cooperation performance;finally,through the establishment of research models and empirical tests,the mechanism of interaction among variables is systematically analyzed.The main results include:(1)Trust and cooperation between general contractors and subcontractors are positively correlated,and have a positive impact on direct performance and indirect performance through cooperation;(2)Cooperation and direct performance between general contractors and subcontractors are positively correlated and have a positive impact on indirect performance through direct performance;(3)Three-dimensional trust between general contractors and subcontractors is positively correlated with cooperation,direct performance and indirect performance.The path and effect of indirect performance are different.Based on the research background of cooperation between general contractors and subcontractors,this paper enriches and improves the relevant theoretical models,provides the ideas and basis of empirical analysis for existing research,and provides theoretical support and practical suggestions for cooperation between general contractors and subcontractors on the basis of trust. |
