At present,with the disappearance of China's demographic dividend,the railway industry is facing the dilemma of labor shortage and rapid increase in labor costs.In order to solve the contradiction between the uncontrolled quality of the railway,the outstanding safety problems and the inadequacy of environmental protection caused by the large-scale,high-standard construction and on-site decentralized construction production methods represented by high-speed railways,the railway engineering construction field continues to advance with “mechanization,Factoryization,specialization,and informationization are standardized management modes for construction projects supported by technology.Scholars' research on standardization management is more focused on standardization management to ensure quality,safety and improve construction efficiency.Less consideration is given to the impact of standardization management on railway engineering cost.Therefore,it is urgent to study the impact of the implementation of standardization management on the cost of railway engineering,so as to better serve the railway construction.On the basis of combing relevant literatures at home and abroad,firstly,it analyzes the meaning of railway engineering cost and railway construction safety project cost,the relationship between railway construction project standardization management and four-way support means,scale economy theory,and building industrialization theory to provide theory for later research.basis.Secondly,it introduces the implementation status of standardization management in the railway construction field,and analyzes the problems in the determination and control of railway engineering cost under the standardized management mode.Thirdly,the relationship between the factors affecting the cost of railway engineering under the standardized management mode is studied by using the Interpretative Structural Model(ISM)method.The direct appearance factors,indirect factors and root causes affecting the cost of railway engineering are obtained,and the cost control is proposed.Related recommendations.Then,from the four aspects of mechanization,factoryization,specialization and informatization,it analyzes the impact on railway engineering cost and the comprehensive impact of Sihua on the cost.Finally,in view of the problems in the determination and control of railway engineering cost under the standardized management mode,the countermeasures are proposed from the perspective of cost management.Through research and analysis,it is concluded that mechanized construction,factory construction,specialized construction and management,information construction and management,and natural environmental factors are the root causes of railway engineering cost.The implementation of standardized management has reduced the proportion of labor costs and increased the proportion of machinery costs.In the short term,the implementation of standardized management will increase the cost and reduce the cost in the long run.In order to properly control the project cost,the cost standard should be compatible with the requirements of standardized management.By studying the impact of standardized management mode on railway engineering cost,it is conducive to the determination and control of railway engineering cost,which provides a certain reference for the construction project to reduce costs;it is conducive to the supplement and improvement of railway engineering cost standard;it is conducive to deepening the construction project.Standardized management and construction of high quality railways.
