Solar simulator is an important test equipment for indoor simulation of solar radiation characteristics.It has been widely used in space exploration,photovoltaic product development,meteorological research,plant artificial cultivation and other fields.In the aspect of spaceflight,it is mainly used for spacecraft solar radiation environment simulation and solar target simulation.Aiming at the actual need of functional test to be carried out in the launching stage after the satellite is installed on the coded solar sensor,a motion LED solar simulator with the function of light vector adjustment is proposed,which takes the LED of semiconductor light-emitting device as the light source,and provides simulated sunlight signal and sunlight vector signal for the ground test of the sensor.Based on the study of the working principle of the sensor under test and the design criterion of the solar simulator,combined with the testing conditions and requirements,the overall scheme of the mobile LED solar simulator composed of LED light source module,vector adjustment device and control system were determined,and its working principle was expounded.Based on the study of the working principle of the sensor under test and the design criterion of the solar simulator,the overall scheme of the moving LED solar simulator composed of LED light source module,vector adjustment device and control system is determined,and its working principle is expounded.The LED array light source and collimating optical system are designed by using the theory of non-imaging optics.The linear array spacing of LED is determined by analyzing the influence of light source spacing on irradiation non-uniformity.The optical parameters of cylindrical collimating lens are designed by using the edge ray theory.Lighttools software was used for simulation analysis.Through contrastive analysis of the cooling technology,the cooling method of axial flow fan and cooling fins was adopted to design the cooling structure of the lens cone,the workbench software was used to conduct thermal analysis and optimization of the structure.The working temperature of LED light source module was measured by infrared thermal imager,a vector adjustment device composed of double crank mechanism,ultrasonic motor,photoelectric encoder and mounting bracket was designed,realizing the simulation of-13°,0°,38°three sun vector Angle.Based on the design theory of connecting rod mechanism,the double crank mechanism was specifically designed.Using workbench software,the modal analysis and optimization of the mounting bracket were also carried out.In order to realize the precise adjustment of irradiance and irradiation direction of the light source,the hardware and software of the control system are studied,and the electric cabinet of the control system is completed.Finally,the test method of the mobile LED solar simulator is studied.Performance test results show that:Under the condition of the working distance of 50 mm,irradiation light spot area of more than10mm×50mm,exit Angle is 0.78°,at 0°,13°,38°three light vector Angle,light irradiation intensity were respectively 511.6 W/m~2,527.4 W/m~2,413.8 W/m~2,non-uniformity is respectively better than±6.5%?±6.9%?±7.6%,irradiation stability is better than±0.81%,the light vector adjusting device which can realize-13°?0°?38°three vector Angle simulation,alignment accuracy is better than±0.1°,The developed mobile LED solar simulator has reached various technical requirements.The designed mobile LED solar simulator meets the technical requirements.LED based mobile solar simulator has the advantages of compact structure,easy to carry,simple operation,safe and reliable,etc.It solves the problem of field test of the coded solar sensor in the launch stage after satellite installation,provides a favorable means for improving the quality assurance of aerospace products,and has certain practical significance for the successful completion of space missions.
