In recent years,the power load characteristics of the power grid have undergone tremendous changes.With the rapid development of industry and the continuous expansion of the power grid,more and more nonlinear devices are applied to the production of enterprises.Although these devices enhance the productivity of enterprises,and had brought benefits,but also led to the deteriorating power quality of the enterprise grid.In industrial enterprises,due to introducing a variety of new rectification and frequency of power electronic equipment,it brought harmonics and three-phase imbalance and many other issues,seriously affecting the power quality of the enterprise grid.When the power quality is relatively poor,the energy consumption of the equipment is increased,the operating life is reduced,and the quality of the enterprise's products is reduced,which inevitably affects the production efficiency of the enterprise.In serious cases,the equipment may be damaged and even the enterprise power grid may be paralyzed,causing serious as a result of.At the same time,power quality also affects the performance of the motor running,poor power quality will reduce the motor operating characteristics,will affect the production efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,the monitoring of the power quality of the enterprise is particularly necessary,which can provide the basis for energy saving.This paper first describes the concept of power quality and related power quality theory,and then analyzes the current situation of power quality monitoring instruments at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the national power quality standards,designs a power quality monitoring system based on LabVIEW,including Voltage deviation module,unbalanced three-phase module,harmonic module,etc.,can realize the monitoring of power quality indicators of the enterprise electrical equipment.Then the influence of several power quality index disturbances on the three-phase asynchronous motor is analyzed.The simulation analysis is carried out by using MATLABA/Simulink software.The operation of induction motor under voltage deviation,harmonics,frequency deviation and three-phase unbalance is studied in detail.Characteristics,and the motor speed,electromagnetic torque,three-phase stator current and efficiency to make a detailed analysis.In the end,the reactive compensation examples of enterprises are elaborated in detail,and suggest measures to the power quality problems existing in the school,and other measures of saving energy and reducing consumption such as power consumption rewards and penalties,scheduling,inverter energy saving and economic operation of transformers are briefly described.
