Research On The Appraisal Method Of Day-care Centers Suitability Level For The Aged Based On Behavior Characteristics

China is facing a severe aging problem.The current situation of the large number of elderly population,the rapid aging rate of the population,and the insufficient pension facilities are the inevitable problems that China is facing in the aspect of pension.As one of the components of our country's pension facilities,day care centers are becoming more and more important and urgent.Although there are many achievements in the research of day care centers in China,the focus is on the design of day care centers.In the aspect of aging research,the research mainly focuses on the design methods,measures and related policies of aging rehabilitation in planning and building.This study hopes to make a breakthrough in the relatively weak aging assessment of day care centers.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 firstly summarizes the research background of appraisal method for the aged,expounds the purpose and significance of the research.Secondly,current research status is combed and related concepts are defined.Finally,the research methods and framework of this paper are discussed.Chapter 2 focuses on the analysis of the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly and the classification of the elderly,and from the perspective of behavioral analysis,discusses the elderly's needs for the size and layout of day care centers,their functions and organizational modes,as well as the architectural space,so as to lay a foundation for the selection of assessment factors for the elderly.Chapter 3 firstly divides the behavior of the elderly into life behavior,leisure and recreation behavior and health rehabilitation behavior from the perspective of behavior analysis,and analyses the demand of this behavior for day care centers.33 aging assessment factors and 82 factor scoring items are extracted from behavioral needs,and an aging assessment factor system is constructed according to the classification of three factors,namely,building size and layout,function and organization,and building space.Finally,a questionnaire survey was conducted to verify the rationality of the evaluation factors and their scoring indices by sorting out and analyzing the data of the questionnaire.Chapter 4 discusses the construction process of the model,including the selection of weight analysis method,the expression of evaluation results,the advantages of the combination of decisionmaker survey method and entropy method.The decision maker scoring method is used to collect the weight values,and the entropy method is used to calculate the collected data to obtain the weight values of the evaluation factors.The Aging Assessment Factor and Its Scoring Index Summary Table of Day Care Center and the Aging Assessment Formula are two important achievements in the construction of the Aging Assessment Model.In the fifth chapter,taking Chengdu Xiangchang Rizhao Center as an example,the aging assessment method is applied to calculate and draw fan-shaped radar maps.Based on the evaluation results,the corresponding aging optimization suggestions are put forward.Chapter 6 includes the conclusion and prospects of this paper,and puts forward the direction for further research.This paper hopes to provide some inspiration for the discussion of related topics in the future,offers reference for assessing the suitability level of day care centers in Chengdu,and makes a modest contribution to improve the quality of life for the elderly.
