The Study On Coating Design Of Metro Train

Metro train is an important means of urban rail transit and one of the most common means of transport.On the basis of transportation,the subway train plays the role of a mobile "city card",displaying the appearance,development and openness of a city.Therefore,the study on the painting of subway trains becomes more and more important.Metro train painting design has three elements: function,aesthetics and culture.A good subway train coating can not only satisfy the function of passenger identification,but also enrich the meaning,and show the unique spirit of the city while satisfying the aesthetic feeling.Compared with foreign metro train subway train painting colorful semantic plump,our country existing subway train painting has not been enough attention to manufacturers,with simple ribbon distinguish,more functional and efficiency of be particular about feeling neglected the care of the passengers at the same time the perceptual level,failed to make the cold "tin" into the life breath,give a person the feeling is just to stay in the "technical pattern" level.However,some of China's existing seemingly "elegant" subway train coating is particularly naive and low-age,without a certain height and aesthetic significance of the subway train coating on the real research and design.In this paper,the elements of subway train painting design are summarized,and the principles to be observed in painting design are analyzed.First of all,the domestic and foreign subway trains,urban rail trains coating status comparison,summed up the domestic and foreign coating status and found problems,clear subway train coating design specific content;Combined with the international standard coating system,the controllable parts of subway train coating design are summarized,and the three major elements of subway train coating design,namely functional,aesthetic and cultural elements,are put forward.According to this,the theoretical support needed for coating design is determined,namely: color theory(color psychology,color cultural attribute,color expression system,the relationship between color and visual perception,etc.),research methods of kansei engineering,etc.To study the relationship between cultural factors(city brand,regional culture)and subway train coating.Secondly,the process of designing subway train painting color research is as follows: collect the related adjectives of subway trains,establish the adjective samples and establish the questionnaire.Meanwhile,extract the local colors according to the three elements,establish the color samples and establish the questionnaire.Mean value analysis was carried out,and the color sample was corresponded to the semantic(adjective pair),and a questionnaire was established.At the same time,the validity of the division of the three elements is tested by factor analysis.The four factors-adjective pair-color are corresponded one by one and evaluated in the cold and warm-soft and hard coordinates.On the basis of the Color block combination mode of subway trains summarized in the case analysis in chapter 3,the Color sample distribution is analyzed through the Color triangle of the Natural Color System(NCS),and the Color matching situation is analyzed through the Color ring.The Color matching scheme is established on the basis of following the Color block combination mode.Finally,a large number of schemes are designed and verified,and the optimal scheme and the worst scheme in the verification are analyzed to draw the conclusion of subway train coating design.The process of metro train coating design is summarized.
