| The Shiji Passenger Dedicated Line intersects the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway,and is connected to the passenger lines of Jiqing and Shitai.It is an important part of the one-hour economic circle in Hebei Province.It can solve the embarrassing situation that there is no high-speed rail in Shijiazhuang to Dezhou,which plays an important role in economic and cultural exchanges along the line.Passenger flow forecasting and compilating Operation plan for newly opened Shiji passenger dedicated line will help it to improve service quality,meet the needs of different passengers,improve the competitiveness of the line and related road network,and promote the development of cities along the line.On the basis of understanding the passenger flow characteristic analysis,forecast and related content of Operation plan of passenger dedicated line,the passenger flow along Shiji Passenger Dedicated Line in 2019 is forecasted by the grey sequence forecast method,and the final daily forecast passenger volume along Shiji Passenger Dedicated Line is obtained,and the daily average passenger volume is used to distribute OD volume between station and station by Fratar method.Based on the analysis of the compilation process of passenger dedicated line operation plan,the train operation plan of Shijiazhuang-Jinan section is compiled combined with the OD passenger flow between stations.The conclusion is drawn that there are 4 direct trains in 8 formations,5 large station stopping trains in 16 formations and 12 selective stopping trains in 16 formations.And by constructing an optimization model with minimal train decadent,the stopping schemes of 12 selective stopping trains are determined.Finally,the operation plan is more balanced in the stopping arrangement,and the train operation grade is increased,which can better meet the needs of different arriving passengers. |
