Rearch On Optimization And Management Of Coal Supply Chain Network Of Qinhuangdao Port CO., LTD.

The business of Qinhuangdao Port Co.,Ltd(“QHD Port Co.”)covers Qinhuangdao Port,Caofeidian Port of Tangshan and Huanghua Port of Cangzhou.By transported one third of the amount of coal transportation,it plays an important role in China's “Coal Transportation Project from North to South”.But,in recent years,China's railwaies?ports and other transport infrastructures have been constantly improved,which has brought some impact on the coal supply chain network of QHD Port Co.Therefore,optimizing the coal supply chain network with supply chain optimization theory will enable QHD Port Co.,Ltd.to enhance it's core competitiveness,reduce coal logistics costs for coal customers,and furthermore,enhance the Safety and stability with the country's energy supply.First,On the basis of literature research,this paper introduces the related theories and methods of supply chain and its network construction,defines the related concepts of supply chain and coal logistics supply chain,which provides a theoretical basis for the study.Secondly,the dissertation analyzed the macro environment of coal industry from the perspective of national energy structure and coal production and transportation.Based on the current coal supply?customer demand and transportation's study,the dissertation constructs the coal supply chain network of QHD Port Co.,analyzed the current situation and competitive advantages and disadvantages of it,found out the existing problems and challenges.Thirdly,according to the theory of multi-objective programming and Floyd shortest path algorithm,the dissertation established a multi-objective optimization model of QHD Port Co.'s coal supply chain network based on some assumptions,aiming at low logistics cost and considering the logistics capacity of the port,and calculated with LINGO software.Finally,based on the results of the calculation,the paper proposes the strategic recommendations and safeguard measures for the optimization of QHD Port Co.'s coal supply chain management.The study provides theoretical and data support for the cross-port development of QHD Port Co.,which is conducive to the more effectively allocation of the constructions and resources of each port,and provides some suggestions for the future development of the company.
