Research On Supplier Evaluation And Selection Of Company A

With the development of economic globalization,the competition in the market is intensifying.In order to gain more competitive advantage,enterprises use supply chain management ideas for continuously integrate upstream and downstream enterprise resources for improving the competitiveness of enterprises.In the process of supply chain management,the procurement of raw materials and management of suppliers is a crucial link.This paper analyzes the problems of company A in the procurement process of large scale non-standard automation equipment,and finds out the reasons for the problems through investigation,and finally gives A solution to the problem.A company's suppliers are often unable to accurately evaluate suppliers due to lack of clear evidence for supplier selection.In the process of ranking suppliers,the difference between suppliers can not be truly reflected because the index weight is determined according to the previous experience of the purchaser.After the purchase order has been issued,the company is often unable to supply in the stipulated time,so that the company is forced to modify the production plan and reduce customer satisfaction.All these problems bring a lot of uncertainty to the production of enterprises.Aiming at the above questions,this paper clarifies the scoring basis of each index to make the evaluation result more accurate.The weights of each index are determined by using entropy method to reflect the differences among suppliers.Built to procurement cost minimization,transportation cost minimization and minimizing delays in delivery rate target order allocation model,in order to decrease the rate of delay delivery,improve enterprise production stability.This paper aims at analyzing the problems existing in the procurement process,making the procurement process more precise and reasonable,and finally choosing suppliers that meet the needs of enterprises.
