Study On Labor Security Of Lancang River,Yunnan Crews

In the course of the development of water operation industry,crews are the most basic guarantee for the development of the whole industry.Therefore,all countries in the world have formulated a series of protection laws to protect the rights and interests of crews.So far,the number of crews in China has reached nearly 2 million,which is the largest number of crews in the world.However,compared with other developed countries in the world,China still has obvious deficiencies in the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of crews.Although a series of laws and regulations concerning Crews have been promulgated one after another,a perfect system has not been formed to ensure the effective play of their legal protection role.As a result,the development of crews in our country is not optimistic,which damages the interests of crews to a certain extent,causes the imbalance of the supply and demand structure of crews market and hinders the development of the shipping industry.Therefore,in order to effectively solve this problem,China should strengthen the research on the labor security of crews.This paper takes the Lancang River crew as the research object,through the combination of literature research,investigation research,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,drawing on the social labor security theory and other related theories to carry out the research on the Lancang River crew labor security.On the basis of introducing the current relevant research background and relevant research at home and abroad,this paper studies the current situation of the Lancang River crew by elaborating the crew,labor security and related theories,puts forward the existing problems of the Lancang River crew's labor security,and carries out a detailed analysis,which is embodied in frequent job mobility,neglected professional status,lack of protection of rights and interests,and labor insurance.Then,in view of the problems existing in the current labor security of the Lancang River crew,the reasons are analyzed.Finally,by learning from the experience of foreign inland river crew labor security,combining with the existing theoretical basis,aiming at the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions to further improve the level of labor security of Lancang River crew from four aspects:strengthening the sense of job ownership,ensuring the occupational status of crew,safeguarding crew's rights and interests^and strengthening the daily supervision of crew labor security,in order to solve the problem of Lancang River crew labor security.The existing problems of dynamic security.Based on the labor security theory,the research on the labor security of the Lancang River,Yunan crews is not only conducive to protecting the basic rights and interests of the crew,improving the overall quality of the crew,but also can provide protection for the safety situation on the water,and provide some reference for the related research on the labor security of the crew.
