In recent years,Tianjin port has made great efforts to develop the container sector,and has set up six container terminals.Annual container throughput continues to grow.However,the development of container terminals has been greatly affected by changes in the international environment,and some problems are gradually exposed.First,the upsizing of ships has become an international shipping trend,and various shipping companies are updating ship types,and the machinery,site and service of the terminals are not perfect.Second,resources such as berths and storage yards are unevenly distributed.Some berths are too busy and ships are waiting in line for berthing,while other berths are idle,resulting in resource waste.Third,the mechanical equipment gradually aging,it is difficult to meet the growing volume of operations;Fourth,the inconsistent service standards of various wharfs lead to low production efficiency,uneven service quality and vicious competition among wharfs.As one of the important parts of container terminal service,container collection is the main way to evacuate container in terminal and reduce container storage pressure.As the first Sino-foreign joint venture container terminal in Tianjin port,Tianjin port a container terminal has been at the leading level of the group from company benefit to operation and management.But in recent years with the change of international shipping environment and the trend of large ships.The maintenance and update speed of machinery and equipment in the wharf can not meet the demand of production.In particular,customers who mainly rely on truck drivers often complain about the container handling service at the wharf.The most direct and effective way to improve the efficiency of container handling service at the wharf is to replace the machinery and equipment at the wharf.However,as the replacement of equipment requires a large investment,it is impossible to achieve the goal in one step.In this case,the main research content of this paper is how to use the three container terminal integration projects to improve the pick-up service.This paper adopts the literature research method to analyze the domestic and foreign automated terminal and port information construction and the latest research status of port container gate-in and pick-up services.Through the analysis of the production and operation of the container gate-in and pick-up volume and the container gate-in and pick-up efficiency of the wharf,the problems encountered in the production and operation of the wharf are found out.Through the customer satisfaction and demand survey,find out the company's container gate-in and pick-up service problems;By sorting out the data of investigation and analysis,this paper summarizes the problems of container gate-in and pick-up service of A container terminal,makes full use of the opportunities and resources brought by this integration,develops the improvement strategy of container gate-in and pick-up service corresponding implementation guarantee plan.In this paper,a container terminal will be built into the most competitive one in Tianjin port and even the whole north.Based on this,the terminal management will be constantly improved.Thus forming an integrated mode with the characteristics of Tianjin port and promoting it to all parts of the country.This paper aims to provide reference scheme for Tianjin port container terminal integration and realize the integration of Tianjin,Beijing and Hebei port.
