With the development of smart industry based on embedded devices,hardware engineers will face great challenges.For example,it would take a lot of effort to write only the embedded underlying library files.If the design of embedded system can use modular thinking to develop,engineers can focus on the design of algorithm.The model-based development method is widely used in the industry due to its high development efficiency and strong code reusability.In this paper,MBD(Model Based Design)method is adopted to develop wind-photovoltaic hybrid power system.This design takes the wind-photovoltaic hybrid as an example,starts with the model-based design method,and finally designs the wind-photovoltaic hybrid controller through the rapid control prototype.The main content is as follows:In the aspect of hardware circuit design,the wind-photovoltaic hybrid controller adopts the boost topological circuit.Firstly,in order to realize the MPPT control of wind energy and solar energy,voltage and current samples were taken from the output of solar energy and solar energy;In order to keep the output of the main circuit stable through PWM control,the output voltage and current are sampled.Secondly,through the circuit design of the minimal control system,the system can download and debug programs through J-Link.This design adopts the model-based approach to design,using Simulink,STM32 Cube MX and other software to jointly develop the embedded system.Firstly,STM32F103C8T6 was selected as the controller of the system,and its clock and pin were configured with STM32 Cube MX.Secondly,using Simulink as the platform,MPPT algorithm is designed to make the wind turbine or solar panel work in the output maximum power state.Finally,the model established by Simulink was generated into C file,and HEX file was generated by Keil software and downloaded into STM32 microcontroller.Through operation,the system can work stably.Taking wind-photovoltaic hybrid controller in new energy power generation as an example,this paper adopts model-based design method and USES MATLAB and STM32 hardware support package to jointly develop and study the embedded system.The result shows that the embedded system can be developed by this method.At the same time,in the whole development process,it saves the development time,improves the development efficiency,and more importantly,significantly improves the interest of designers in thedevelopment process.
