With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,the flight delay rate increases and the civil aviation transport efficiency decreases.In order to alleviate the delay level and improve the air transport efficiency,the visual operation mode is a better choice,in order to ensure the safety of visual flight,it is necessary to evaluate the risk of collision under the condition of visual operation.In this paper,a safe value of visual separation is provided,to improve the efficiency of the runway.In this paper,the Collision Risk Model under visual operation is established,visual factors are added into the collision risk model,visual error is given a certain weight,and under the given safety level TSL,the minimum visual separation is obtained by the collision risk model,and the model is simulated to obtain the simulation results of visual collision risk in the lateral,longitudinal and vertical directions,it is shown in a three-dimensional rendering of the relationship between the visual separation,the weight of visual factors,and the level of collision risk.Finally,based on the actual operating environment of Jiangbei Airport,the capacity evaluation model of runway 03,runway 03 and parallel runway 02 R under visual operating condition is established,and the motion state of the two aircraft before and after is reflected by spatiotemporal graph,the minimum visual separation is brought into the capacity evaluation model to get the maximum capacity which meets the safety conditions.Finally,the runway capacity is simulated based on the Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport data,the simulation results of Matlab are compared with the actual peak hour sorties,and the Anylogic simulation research is carried out,and the visual capacity of Matlab simulation is compared with that of Anylogic simulation,which verifies the feasibility of the model,it provides a theoretical reference for the implementation of binocular operation mode in the future.To sum up,this paper does some research on visual separation and runway capacity evaluation in visual operation mode,which lays a theoretical foundation for further reducing safety separation and increasing runway capacity.
