| The civil aviation industry developed rapidly in recent years,many airports have faced the bottleneck of aviation demand and runway capacity.Meanwhile,the runway capacity of some airports was limited by the operating environment,and the expansion of large airport is restricted by land and air traffic control factor.Intersecting runway is widely used in foreign countries because it can fit wind direction change,save the airport land and expand runway capacity.Airports with intersecting runway configuration have been built in China since 2019,but the research on intersecting runway is still in the initial stage.Based on the configuration and operation mode of the intersecting runway,this paper studied on the collision risk and capacity of intersecting runway.and explores the feasibility of the construction of the intersecting runway.Firstly,the departure and arrival rules of intersecting runway was obtained based on the regulations of intersecting runway.Secondly,a intersecting runway collision risk model was established based on the cross-route collision risk model in the collision risk area.Then analyze the change law of runway collision risk with the change of the angle of intersecting runway,and the conclude that the collision risk under the angle between 45° and 90° can comply with the relevant regulations.Thirdly,the runway capacity model under different operating modes was established,and the variation law of runway capacity with different configuration under fixed operating mode was obtained.Finally,a case study of the target airport is carried out to analyze the feasibility of intersecting runway construction with the above research results.In this paper,the collision risk and runway capacity based on the configuration and operation mode of intersecting runway are studied,it can provide reference for the construction and operation of intersecting runway in China. |
