Research On The Reform And Design Of Existing Old-age Service Facility Under The Concept Of Mutual-support Between Old-age

Ageing continuously emerging in the 21 st century,is in the accelerated aging of population in our country at present stage,under the form of this background,on the one hand,because our country has not yet formed a sound social endowment service system,at the same time also faces the problem of "be old without rich",which leads to facilities of the old-age service doesn't matching with the present situation of China's aged,and the contradiction between them is becoming increasingly obvious.In the aspect of National policies,there are also shrinking the construction of institutional facilities of aged to encourage the development of community support for the elderly.On the other hand,the elderly have undergone great changes in the mode of old-age support with the improvement of economic capacity and cultural level.The old generation's concepts of old-age support,such as "supporting children for old age" and "house-for-pension",are being abandoned.And the new generation of elderly are more independent and pursue spiritual enrichment.Some developed countries like Europe and the United States is earlier than China to entered the aging society,and they have a complete social aged service system.In terms of elderly living,they proposed a new mode of Mutual life,explored this model meticulously,and also accumulated rich practical experience.It is provides a new method to relieve the aging of population.A model of community mutual-assistance old-age support is proposed based on the above background.In this paper,Firstly,the development and current situation of mutualassistance old-age support in China are analyzed,and so the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly are.Through literature which research on foreign facilities of the old-age service,the principles and features of spatial design was summarized as a reference to design the facility of community mutual-assistance old-age support in China.Then,conduct the field research on the existing old-age service facilities in the community,analyze its construction,configuration of functional and usage of facility,and summarize the existing problems of the existing old-age service facilities in the community.Analyzed and concluded the elderly's needs as using facility of old-age service by questionnaires and interviews,and these data are used as Design basis of community mutualassistance facility.On the basis of the above research,the space design strategy of community mutual-assistance old-age support facilities in China is put forward,which is explored from the scale of facilities,spatial organization relationship,functional configuration and key points of each space design.Finally,in this paper,the above space research results are applied.In other words,the facility of community mutual-assistance old-age support was redesigned form existing facility.Through this analysis and research,this article aims to promote the development of community mutual-assistance old-age support facilities,and to some extent alleviate the problems caused by China's increasingly severe aging.
