Research On Residential Space Design Of Mutual Aid Community

The problem of living in our country is becoming more and more important as population ageing gets worse.People pay more and more attention to the quality of life for the aged.The existing mode of providing for the aged can not meet the differentiated needs of the aged.As a new mode of providing for the aged,mutual support for the aged not only presents an influential social practice in the aspects of the formulation of national policies,the allocation of resources for the aged,the humanistic care,and even the exploration of residential construction.This dissertation takes the living space of Xishan Mutual Aid Elderly Community as the research object,adopts three research methods of literature research,case study and interdisciplinary research,and discusses the concept of living space,site selection environment,building type,design principle and mutual assistance of living space The embodiment has been researched and sorted out.This paper mainly discusses from the following three aspects:Chapters 1 and 2: First,summarize the research content based on the current research status at home and abroad,and consider the purpose and significance of the domestic research on the living space of the mutual-aid community;secondly,sort out the innovation points of the living space of the mutual-aid community;finally,Define the meaning and characteristics of the living space in a mutual-aid community for the aged.Chapter 3: First,it analyzes the location of the living space and surrounding environment of the Xishan Mutual Support Elderly Community,exploring a suitable living environment for the elderly;secondly,discusses the building codes of the Xishan Mutual Elderly Community: including road systems and public services system.Finally,the building types of Xishan Mutual Assistance Elderly Community are proposed,which are mainly divided into three building forms: independent houses,centralized apartments and nursing care facilities.Chapters 4 and 5: First,clarify the basic design principles of the living space of the Xishan Mutual Support Elderly Community: the design principles of suitable aging in the living space,the principle of aging in terms of safety,and the principle of moderate sensory stimulation;Discuss the reflections in: including living space,interactive space,medical care space and entertainment space;finally,the relevant design plan of the living space design of Xishan Mutual Aid Community for the Elderly is presented.It is hoped to explore a way to design a suitable living space for mutual assistance for the elderly,and to provide the elderly with a regional,livable and mutual assistance living environment.
