Study On Living Characteristics And Space Requirements Of Family Relying On The Elderly With Inter-generational Assistance

With the increase of the elder population in our country,the aging trend is increasing.In view of the severe aging situation,the Chinese government has established the “old-age housing policy,which is based on the old-age pension and the support for the old-age” And put forward the family aging pattern named “9073”which means the main body of our pension system as the same time.However,from the perspective provision for the aged,the study for the aged families in the self-care stage is also an important part of constructing the family pension system.Therefore,from analyzing the intergenerational assistance,this paper highlights the impact healthy and self-careful elder provide the daily care and support for the other members in the family.This paper analyzes the reasons of the old-type families,and obtains the classification and structure of the old-style families by study.And according to the living mode,dividing the elderly families into two types: the elders live with their children or not.The commensalism family will be divided into different patterns about two generations and three generations.According to the characteristics of the family,the second-generation family includes the core family and three generations family as the main family.The separation type is divided into two categories,one is the offspring family which provides care support and another progeny receives care support.According to the classification of real-state research,relying on the basic information of the family to analyzes the family dwelling space and streamline,residential behavior and spatial relations,sleep behavior and space,dining behavior and space,livingbehavior and space,housework and space,health behavior and space.On the basis of the investigation and analysis,the paper summarizes the factors such as the population size,intergenerational composition,the dwelling space composition,the intra-group spatial organization pattern,the residential behavior and the spatial characteristics and so on.On the whole,the main factors influence the living behavior and living space demanding are family intergenerational composition,family members' characteristics,dependency behavior and family living pattern.Based on these,the text provides the space design of family type principle of universal on the family life cycle adaptability,the different needs of the targeted,living safety,comfort and other aspects.Putting forward the type of space organization and the design of inside spaces' function from the two aspects of living and separation.Relying on the old type of family to give the guidance and reference to dwelling design and space transformation.
