| At present,in the development of globalized economy,existing enterprise development plans have been changed.In the transformation and development just experienced,new developments have appeared in the development of various industries,and new changes have occurred in the rapid development of urbanization and industrial growth.,Industry competition has intensified.Small and medium-sized power equipment manufacturing enterprises have emerged new development momentum,facing development opportunities and challenges,taking technology-intensive as the basic growth mode,and their core competitiveness based on technology patents and knowledge protection as the prerequisite,which has replaced the original form of capital.However,small and medium-sized power equipment companies also face greater competition.Therefore,how to formulate strategic development plans has an important role.Based on the above research background,the analysis and research of the development strategy of the LNHH company are made in the research of this article.This article contains five chapters.The research uses the literature and data survey methods to explain the basic theory of this article and determine the research ideas of this article.;Using strategic analysis tools to analyze the company’s external macro environment;using data collection and analysis to analyze the company’s internal development environment,including capacity analysis,resource analysis,and determining the company’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges in the development strategy In the study,the company’s future guiding ideology and strategic mission vision were combined,and its strategic positioning and goals were elaborated.The basic content of strategic development was determined by integrating the internal and external environmental factors in the current development.At the same time,the countermeasures and suggestions for strategic implementation were proposed,Including changing product development concepts,expanding business market scope,improving technological creativity,and human resource matching and optimization.Through the study of these contents,it provides a new basis for helping LNHH company to develop its development strategy.Through the study of this paper,the development strategy of small and medium-sized power equipment manufacturing enterprises is enriched.The innovative combination of theoretical analysis and practical analysis elaborates the development process of LNHH company and its existing internal and external development environment,and formulates future strategies based on the specific content of competition strategies.The development strategy provided a guarantee for LNHH’s power equipment and business development. |
