The Research On The Relationship Between Management Behavior And Employee Behavior In Subway Construction

In order to meet the demand of modern transportation,most cities began to vigorously promote the subway construction project.This project is helpful for relieving the traffic congestion problem of the city,assisting to upgrade the urban infrastructure and services,and providing great convenience for people,so as to realize the maximization of economic benefit.Although the subway construction brings much interests to the society,but it's not like the ordinary project.the subway construction has high speed,high density,high strength task and complex construction environment.They can bring safety accidents frequently.Through the investigation,we found that the majority of subway accidents are caused by unsafe behavior of the employees.Combined with the environment of subway development,analyze the reason that may produce harm to construction employee from the perspective of the theory of organizational behavior,and choose out the main factor to study.As one of the most important organizational behavior,management behavior is due to be studied carefully from both internal mechanism and external behavior.The further analyzing of the behavior of construction employee after correctly recognized management behavious.This analysis method can help managers and supervisors to recognize the influence of the management behavior and construction employee.To get the influence connection from combining with the management behavior,safety atmosphere,and the construction employee's behavior,can benifit the future of the safety of construction projects.This can provide the new ideas and new ways for the future subway construction.Firstly,I find out that the behavior is the major security management object through the analysis of accident cause theory.I analyzed the management behavior characteristics,employee behavior characteristics and safe atmosphere in the subway construction from the perspective of organizational behavior in the subway construction,so as to explore the mechanism of unsafe behavious in the subway construction.secondly,I set up the model of behaviou relationship through a structural equation model and management behavior questionnaire investigation,reuse SPASS software diversity analysis of the questionnaire survey data,fixed the model of management behavior impact on employee behavior relationship.And through data processing and analysis,on the base of employee behavior and management behavior relationship model,find out that the operational management behaviou is obtained by creating the atmosphere of construction safety,so as to affect employee behavior.Among them,the administration of operational training and preventive actions can have a significant impact on the safety of the construction environment atmosphere,to improve the staff's safety construction participation enthusiasm,and improve the efficiency of the construction enterprise's safety production.Model also verified the good construction guidance environment will effectively promote workers mutual support and encouragement,and thus improve the subway construction safety situation on the whole.Thesis study on the relationship between the employee behavior and management behavior can provide some certain basis and methods for improving subway construction safety situation.
