| Food industry,as the industry closest to people’s livelihood,has been playing an important role in the development of Qingdao industry.Qingdao food industry heritage is not only the witness of the rise and fall of the city,but also the carrier of food industry culture,which can play an important role in the sustainable development of the city.However,at present,Qingdao food industry heritage is in a very unfavorable situation.A large number of heritage are facing the fate of being demolished,destroyed or left unused.The methods of protection and reuse are often derailed from the city.Reasonable protection and effective use are urgent demands of Qingdao food industry heritage.Although the theoretical and practical research on the protection and reuse of Qingdao industrial heritage has made new achievements in recent years,it is rare to study the protection and reuse of Qingdao industrial heritage by combining the industrial heritage with the city,architecture,environment,culture and society from the top to the bottom,while the protection and reuse of industrial heritage need to use interdisciplinary and multilevel perspective.Therefore,this paper tries to introduce the idea of multiple and comprehensive symbiotic thought into the research of Qingdao food industry heritage protection and reuse,and then put forward symbiosis strategies for the existing problems of Qingdao food industry heritage.First of all,this paper makes a clear exposition of the research background and object,and makes a clear definition of the concept of symbiosis.By listing and analyzing the literature and cases of relevant research at home and abroad,while recognizing the research status at home and abroad,this paper summarizes its valuable experience and inadequacy,provides important reference and reference for this study,and establishes a solid theoretical basis And method support.Secondly,according to the different social background and development status in different periods,this paper makes a reasonable division and systematic analysis of the development of Qingdao food industry since the German occupation period.Then,from the perspective of history to reality,through a detailed analysis of the status of Qingdao food industry heritage at the heritage level,architectural level and road level,this paper summarizes the characteristics of five aspects,such as spatial distribution,style,and then obtains seven values,such as historical and cultural value,social and emotional value.On this basis,the paper analyzes the deficiencies of Qingdao food industry heritage in symbiosis,and affirms the necessity of combining symbiotic thought with Qingdao food industry heritage.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the symbiotic strategy of Qingdao food industry heritage protection and reuse is put forward in three aspects of city,area and architecture,and the feasibility and rationality of the proposed symbiosis strategy is demonstrated and applied with the Tsingtao Brewery as a practical case.Through the research of this paper,I hope to enrich and improve the theoretical research of industrial heritage protection and reuse,and provide some valuable reference for the practical projects of food industrial heritage protection and reuse in Qingdao and other cities. |
