Evaluation Of Energy Consumption System Of Near-Zero Energy Building In Severe Cold Area

In recent years,China's energy environment has become increasingly severe.Global warming,sharp increase in carbon emissions and excessive use of fossil energy have gradually attracted the attention of all walks of life.The construction industry,which accounts for about 30% of the total energy consumption of the society,has become an irresistible trend to become energy-saving."Ultra-low-energy buildings","near-zero-energy buildings" and "zero-energy buildings" have attracted more and more attention from the domestic construction industry due to their extremely low energy consumption and high comfort.In the past three years,many domestic researchers have studied load simulation of buildings with near-zero energy consumption and actual operation monitoring of demonstration projects,but there are few evaluation studies on the operation of energy system of buildings with near-zero energy consumption in severe cold area.This paper introduces the research status of near-zero energy buildings at home and abroad and summarizes the energy system of near-zero energy buildings.Selection of cold region near zero energy consumption of Jilin University of Architecture and Technology building demonstration project as the research object,the project was carried out based on the DeST software architectural model and severe cold area near zero energy consumption buildings annual load simulation,and then through the IBE software and further to check the result of the simulation software to simulate the energy consumption of severe cold area near zero building system energy consumption.After that,real-time data monitoring was carried out on the operation of the energy-using system of the demonstration project.The data are compared with the simulation results.Moreover,the operation of the energy-using system of the near-zero-energy building in the severe cold area was evaluated and studied.The evaluation results of the energy use system of the near-zero energy building demonstration project in severe cold area of Jilin University of Architecture and Technology,it provides a useful reference for the design scheme of green office buildings,the operation control strategy of energy use system and the evaluation content of energy use system in cold regions at home and abroad..
