With the economic globalization and China's reform and opening up,China's huge consumer market,many cheap and high-quality labor and rich industrial clusters have attracted the industrial transfer of multinational companies in developed countries and regions,which has made our manufacturing Development has become a "world factory".With the rapid development of China's economy and the increase in domestic labor costs,in order to obtain more corporate profits for labor-intensive enterprises,assembly bases such as electronics,semiconductors,and automobiles have been continuously transferred to Southeast Asia.In addition,the rising cost of raw materials and land rent,the reduction or cancellation of preferential policies such as import and export tariffs,and the increasing cost of environmental protection,all reduce the profit margin of enterprises to a certain extent and limit the development of these multinational companies.The so-called cell production method,also known as "unit production method",refers to a production method in which one or a few operators undertake all processes in the "Cell unit".The advantages of the Cell-based production method are its high flexibility,strong elasticity,and low erection investment,which reduces production costs and space.QC is the world's largest manufacturer of notebook computers,mainly producing notebook computers,watches,tablets and other electronic products.This article starts from the actual production situation of QC's module maintenance pipeline.Existing maintenance lines need to be changed frequently to meet the maintenance needs of new models,and there is a need for new space to set up maintenance lines to meet the future maintenance of multiple models.Through PQ analysis,the maintenance line is a multi-model,small batch production type,which is suitable for production using Cellized manufacturing.Firstly,the entire maintenance process is analyzed using the program analysis method,and it is found that the existing production balance rate is not high.Secondly,the ECRS principle is used to improve the unreasonable phenomenon in the process.The production balance rate of the assembly line has increased from 41% to 97% in the Cell.Based on the theory of Cellization,the process analysis method is used to divide the cell unit of the process,and then the cell unit layout is determined.Using the time analysis method,calculate the cell unit production cycle.Continuous improvement of supporting facilities and staff awareness during the implementation process to achieve the goal of continuous improvement.Through program analysis and cellular production transformation,the initial 28-person standard manpower was reduced to 14 persons.From the need to save 500 square meters of production line plant area to only 200 square meters of U-shaped line.Therefore,the maintenance line production is more flexible,and can meet the needs of multi-model and small batch maintenance.
