In recent years,due to the important position of construction enterprises in the process of social and economic development and modernization in China,the informatization and automation of project management in construction enterprises have received extensive attention and attention.In practice,through the related theories,methods,models,strategies of engineering project management,computer software and hardware technology,communication technology and other information technology,it is converted into a tool or service system available for engineering project management.It is the key to realize the automation and informatization of project management in construction enterprises all over the country that how to use the methods,ways,technologies,scheme design and research and development of software tools to support the business of enterprise project management.In this paper,the project management system of Sichuan Hauge Construction Company is designed and developed in detail.Combining with the current situation of project management business,the possibility of using information technology scheme to implement business management is demonstrated,and the specific technical framework of project management system is also discussed.It also investigates and studies the way to realize the functions and the key points of the core technology.Firstly,the development history,current situation and trend of project management informatization at home and abroad are summarized,and the research content of this paper is defined.Secondly,the technical selection of project management system is introduced,including Java Web technology and SSM development components.Through investigating the current situation of project management of Sichuan Hauge Construction Company,the function and performance requirements of project management system are carried out based on the problems in the management work.In the system design work,the project management system is divided into five modules: project information management,project material management,project progress management,project fund management and system management.The overall technical scheme of the system and the class structure of the above four functional modules are designed and analyzed in detail,and the system is discussed,as well as the structure design of database schema and physical data table.According to the technical scheme design of the project management system,each functional module of the system is developed and implemented in detail,and the implementation process of the main functions is analyzed in the way of sequence diagram.Finally,the detailed function and performance test of the project management system is carried out,and the black box test method is used to summarize the test cases of the main functions of the system,and the results of the functional test are discussed.At the same time,Load Runner is used to test the performance of the system,and the concurrency ability,response time and persistence ability of the system are analyzed.Finally,the system is tested and passed.The application and implementation of project management system can not only fully realize the automation and informatization of project management business of Sichuan Hauge Construction Company,but also have a certain reference value for the research and development of project management software tools of other large and medium-sized construction enterprises in China.
