As an important pillar industry of infrastructure construction,China's water conservancy project is an important foundation for the steady development of national economy,which is related to the stability of society and the well-being of the people.Quality evaluation and evaluation of water conservancy project is an important activity of quality control and construction management in the process of water conservancy project construction.At present,the quality evaluation of water conservancy and hydropower project has been basically complete.Although the current quality evaluation and evaluation system tends to be perfect and widely used,standardization is adopted in the process of water conservancy project construction.Quality assessment and evaluation system.However,with the rich content of water conservancy project construction,the evaluation methods and quality standards are difficult to match with the content and actual requirements of the project construction.It is impossible to evaluate the quality of the project more scientifically,and it is also difficult to provide more detailed theoretical basis for the management of all parties involved in the construction.In view of the shortcomings of the existing evaluation system,it has attracted the attention of a large number of domestic scholars and water conservancy workers,and has made a lot of research and discussion,and made some achievements.The modern comprehensive evaluation method,which integrates disciplines and disciplines and demonstrates them from multiple perspectives,has been applied in many aspects,such as education,medical treatment,market feedback,economic operation and so on.Modern comprehensive evaluation method establishes a mathematical model by establishing evaluation index,and synthesizes the evaluation results by using the comprehensive evaluation model,interprets the meaning of the results,and makes decisions based on the evaluation results.In recent years,some scholars have applied the Fuzzy Comprehensive Method,Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Relational Theory in the modern comprehensive evaluation methods to the quality evaluation of water conservancy projects,and obtained highly credible conclusions,thus proving the feasibility of the application of modern comprehensive evaluation methods in the quality evaluation of water conservancy projects.However,the research on the evaluation of the appearance quality of water resources and hydropower projects is very limited.It still sticks to the original evaluation procedure which is based on the combination of modern comprehensive evaluation method and traditional expert scoring method.This also provides great possibilities for the research of this paper.The research results inject new ideas into the evaluation of the appearance quality.It provides more scientific basis for engineering construction and operation management.In this paper,the matching of descriptive evaluation and detective data index with grey relational theory is studied around the evaluation index of appearance quality of water conservancy and Hydropower projects.The similarity between the characteristics of the evaluation method and the evaluation of appearance quality is studied,the mathematical model is established and verified,and the grey comprehensive evaluation method is preliminarily determined.It can be used to evaluate the maneuverability of appearance quality of water conservancy and Hydropower projects..
