| In recent years, our civil aviation industry has developed rapidly and is in the key period from "civil aviation power" to "civil aviation power".The construction of domestic airports is enthusiastic. With the continuous development of the western region, the "Belt and Road" strategy has played a great role in promoting the construction of the airport network in the western region. The overall growth of airports in the northwest region is extremely rapid, and the construction and development of airports in the northwest region have attracted much attention in the national civil aviation development planning layout.Small and medium-sized airports are important nodes in the construction of airport network and airline network, and also the basis and support to promote the development of popular aviation market. As the most core and comprehensive building in small and medium airports, the small and medium terminal has become the most frequently built air public transportation building in the development of airports in Northwest China. It is of great significance for promoting the development of green airports and green terminals to conduct post-occupancy evaluation of green buildings for small and medium-sized terminals in Northwest China.Based on the research background of the construction trend of small and medium-sized airport terminals in Northwestern China, the problems with green building design in airport terminals, and the evaluation of their post-use performance, this study discovered the issue of the inability to quantitatively evaluate the operational performance of green buildings in small and medium-sized airport terminals in Northwestern China. To address this issue, subjective and objective evaluation methods were used to verify the actual operational effects of green building design strategies in small and medium-sized airport terminals in Northwestern China.Based on specific evaluation criteria, the post-occupancy evaluation results were evaluated and scored, and corresponding strategies for improving the green building performance of the Yan’an Nanniwan Airport Terminal and design suggestions for similar airport terminals were proposed. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Research and construction of post-occupancy evaluation system for green buildings in small and medium-sized terminals in Northwest China.Firstly, based on the extensive reading of relevant materials and studies, the evaluation framework is constructed, and the implementation steps and evaluation methods of specific objective indicators are determined by combining relevant standards and relevant studies of terminal operation status. Then, the preliminary indicators were determined based on relevant research, and the final subjective assessment indicators were determined by an interview questionnaire, and the questionnaire design was carried out. Finally, combining subjective and objective evaluation indicators, the post-occupancy evaluation system of green buildings in small and medium-sized terminals in Northwest China is formed.(2)Post-occupancy evaluation of the green building of Nanniwan Airport Terminal.Based on the green building post-use evaluation system of small and medium-sized terminals in Northwest China after construction, this paper conducts a green building postoccupancy evaluation study of Nanniwan Airport terminal.Combined with subjective and objective evaluation methods, the evaluation of specific indicators was carried out to complete the post-occupancy evaluation study of the green building of Airport terminal.(3)Summary of green building design optimization strategy of the Nanniwan Airport Terminal based on evaluation results of green building after use. After the completion of the post-occupancy evaluation of green buildings of Nanniwan Airport Terminal, combined with the subjective and objective evaluation results,we can put forward the green building performance improvement strategy of Nanniwan Airport terminal, and based on the above research, put forward the green building design strategy suggestions suitable for small and medium-sized terminals in northwest China. |
