Research On The Application Of Lean Construction Theory In Residential Construction Projects

In the process of China's economic development,the role of the construction industry is beyond doubt.Whether from the job supply rate or the amount of contribution to the economy,the construction industry has made a great contribution.At the same time,in the development of urbanization in China,the construction industry has also obtained a large number of development opportunities.It can be said that the construction industry promotes the development of regional and national economy,at the same time,the economic development promotes the development of the construction industry in turn.In the past 10 years,the development of China's construction industry is obvious,but in the current era background,the problems in the process of management,operation and construction are also becoming more and more obvious.As far as the construction process of construction products is concerned,construction management is still in an extensive management state.There are a lot of problems,like Random construction deployment and process insertion,loose construction production organization,rough engineering materials planning,waste on site,delay in construction period,cost increase,quality decline,accidents in production safety,having greatly damaged the enterprise benefit.If we turn a blind eye to these problems and let go,it will certainly hinder the development of the construction industry.In this context,lean construction theory began to be applied to the engineering project management process.It is regarded as an important way to improve the efficiency of production management and solve the current problems.Lean construction is derived from lean production,which is a successful reference of economic production principle in construction field.This new construction management model can effectively help the construction unit to reduce the cost,improve the quality of the project,improve the actual income,and play a great role in the process of time limit control,safety management,environmental protection management and so on.Based on the theory of lean construction,taking the Pei Jiaying camp housing project as the concrete research case,through empirical analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper would analyze the application process of lean construction in residential construction projects,find out the problems existing in the application of lean construction theory in the current Pei Jiaying housing project,and finally puts forward some suggestions to improve the application effect of lean construction theory in residential construction projects.This paper expects that these studies and suggestions can provide some experience for other engineering projects.
