New energy vehicles have gradually become a new type of transportation for human daily travel,and the introduction of vehicle networking technology has changed the driving experience between cars and people.However,the emergence of various new energy vehicles has also produced many in-vehicle information systems with different experiences.Many products do not pay more attention to users in information architecture and interactive experience,resulting in differences in product and user perception.Therefore,paying attention to the user's cognitive style can better improve the interactive experience of the vehicle-mounted human-machine interface.This paper studies the interaction design of intelligent electric vehicle vehicle information system from the user-centered perspective.Firstly,the paper studies the theory of mental model and interaction design through literature research,and expounds the relationship between mental model and interaction design,which shows that user-centered can improve the vehicle interaction experience.Secondly,the status quo of the electric vehicle in-vehicle information system is studied.The case analysis method is used to compare and analyze the existing products at home and abroad from the perspectives of human-machine interface,information architecture,interaction design and visual design.Relevant electric vehicle vehicle interaction features.On the other hand,in order to better meet the user's cognition,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of electric vehicle interaction from three aspects of user,environment and technology,and studies the existing normative principles of vehicle products,and concludes that a set of users meets the requirements.Cognitive EV vehicle interface interaction specifications prepare for subsequent design practices.Then,through the confirmation of the target user,the user's relevant mental information and demand points are collected by means of questionnaires and user interviews,and the user's mental information is visualized by card classification and cluster analysis to construct a user's mental information.Electric vehicle information architecture.Finally,the design practice was carried out using the obtained vehicle product infonnation architecture and design specifications,and the interactive experience of the entire vehicle-controlled large screen was optimized.
