The development of Internet plus education provides a vast platform and abundant resources for online learning.However,the high dropout rate and low completion rate of many online courses also cause people to think about the effect of online learning.At present,most of the online learning platform requirements are not accurate,and the definition of platform target users is not accurate.As an important group of online learning,many platforms do not meet the online learning needs of college students.The existing online learning platforms have little difference in function,the similarity of products is too high,and the design tends to be homogeneous.These problems affect the learning efficiency and user experience of users to a great extent.In human-computer interaction,the system can meet the needs of users,reduce the cognitive burden of users,and improve the user experience and learning efficiency of online learning platform by matching the performance model with the user mental model.Scientific construction of user mental model,deconstruction of online learning platform complex user needs,and applied to product design.Among them,objective and comprehensive user needs and reasonable allocation of demand weight is the key to make user expectations fit with the product.Therefore,this paper aims to study how to use the mental model theory in the interaction design to build the demand model of online learning products,deconstruct the complex online learning user needs,and scientifically and objectively configure the weight of the needs.It provides decision-making basis for product design of online learning.In the transformation to product design,we should make the product design conform to the psychological expectation of users,meet the personalized needs of users,break through the serious phenomenon of homogeneity of existing product design,meet the needs of college students for online learning,and improve the learning efficiency and user experience of online learning.This paper first studies the theory and construction method of mental model,and proposes the interaction design process of online learning platform based on mental model;secondly,it uses qualitative interview and behavior observation to collect mental information of target users,and uses cluster analysis to establish user mental model,so as to compare the differences between mental model and competitive product functions and services,and deeply mine the potential needs of users;and After that,the online learning user demand survey scale is designed,and the factor load on each demand dimension is classified by factor analysis method,and the online learning user demand index system is established;finally,the statistical analysis method is used to objectively quantify the indicators required by the online learning platform by AHP to solve the weight of each demand factor in the demand index system,and According to the results of demand quantification,we guide the online learning product design.The paper establishes the mental model of online learning platform users,and constructs the demand index system of online learning platform;defines the weight of five product demand dimensions and 20 demand factors in the demand hierarchy model of online learning platform,provides objective and scientific decision basis for the transformation of online learning product demand to product design,and designs the psychological pre-prediction of users The online learning products in the period of s "period" are of great significance to the development of online educationIn this paper,we use the factor analysis method in statistics to analyze the user needs,and build a more scientific and objective demand index system.As well as the requirement structure model based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),it can scientifically and intuitively display the user’s requirement priority in digital form,so that the design can meet the user’s psychological expectations,which has a high guiding significance for interaction design.Through the application of user demand index based on mental model and analytic hierarchy process in product design,this new way of combining qualitative and quantitative provides a new idea for the research of interaction design.
