Many large enterprises use conveyor belt conveyors in their production conveyor lines.As enterprises continue to expand the scale of production operations,conveyor belt belts occupy a large number of locations.The belt conveyor can meet all aspects of material transportation,and whether the belt conveyor system is reliable or not directly affects the efficiency of the company's production.However,the belt conveyor's deviation and slippage often occur in the daily production process.The traditional control method of the belt conveyor has slow response and high failure rate,which cannot meet the new requirements of modern enterprise production.The belt conveyor centralized control system can effectively deal with the belt failures during the production and transportation process,thereby improving production efficiency and ensuring economic benefits.It can quickly and efficiently obtain the relevant data of the system operation in the production process,and directly feedback to the operation and management personnel to facilitate specific decisions and operations,which can greatly improve the production efficiency of the enterprise,and at the same time ensure the safety and reliability of production.This article takes Turkey Suma Thermal Power Plant as the background,and designs a belt conveyor control and protection system based on the site's specific conditions and system functional requirements for the control and protection of the daily transportation of the belt conveyor.The PLC is used as the controller and combined with the configuration software of the upper computer to form a relatively complete monitoring operating system,which can realize the monitoring and troubleshooting functions of belt deviation,dust,stacking,and overtemperature that may occur during the production process.,And accurately monitor the working conditions,parameters,and operation modes of the entire conveying system via PLC and host computer.At the same time,based on the application of fuzzy control technology,the speed of the belt conveyor is adjusted by controlling the inverter.The main station of the system is built using Siemens S7-400 series PLC.ThePLC program is designed with Step7 V5.6 software.The portal V15 software is used to realize the related design of the host computer man-machine interface.The design includes local,centralized control,etc.Start-stop operation mode.At the same time,the tape conveyor system is monitored in real time based on the data collected and fed back by the local sensors,which strengthens the safety and reliability of the tape conveyor system and facilitates operation and maintenance in the actual production process.After the system was put into actual production,it effectively controlled and protected the belt conveyor system of the Suma Thermal Power Plant,and successfully realized its function.Figure 42 table 6 reference 81...
