Research On Landscape Planning And Design Of Pastoral Complex In Rose Town, Pingyin County

From proposing urban and rural overall planning,to breaking the urban-rural duality gap,and realizing the integration of urban and rural development,to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the issue of agricultural and rural development has always been the focus of the work of the whole party.At the same time,my country is also constantly exploring in rural construction,and has successively proposed new construction and practice models such as new rural construction,beautiful villages,and characteristic towns.In 2017,the No.1 document of the Central Committee first proposed the concept of rural complex,which is a new policy proposed by the Party Central Committee for rural development in my country under the background of the new socialist era.At present,our country's rural complex is still in the preliminary stage of development.Although some successful experience has been achieved in the construction practice,our country's rural complex still does not have a mature theoretical system and cannot provide a strong foundation for the future construction of the rural complex.Theory support.Therefore,studying the landscape planning and design of the rural complex is a subject of practical significance and important value.This paper adopts the idea of "document research-case analysis-field investigationinduction and summary-practical demonstration" to research,put forward the rural complex landscape planning and design method,and apply it in practice,to provide a certain reference for the rural complex landscape planning and design.Through reading literature,explain the concept of rural complex,distinguish it from urban complexes,rural tourism complexes,agricultural complexes and other related complexes,and be similar to characteristic towns,modern agricultural industrial parks,and beautiful villages.Concept differentiation.The concept and characteristics of the rural complex landscape are combed and summarized.The landscape ecology theory,sustainable development theory,circular economy theory and industrial integration theory that should be followed in the process of landscape planning and design of rural complex are systematically expounded and studied.Select outstanding domestic and foreign cases,and conduct case analysis and field investigations from the aspects of overall layout and planning features under the guidance of relevant theories to learn successful experience and analyze current problems.Thus,research and put forward the construction concept of the rural complex,namely the concept of industrial integration,the concept of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" priority development,the concept of ecological and environmental protection and the concept of innovative development.The research summarized the four models of the rural complex,namely,the characteristic agricultural industry leading model,the urban suburban sightseeing leading model,the agricultural creative experience leading model,and the cultural creative driving leading model.From the aspects of functional zoning,industrial development,road transportation,tourism product system and tourism routes,plant landscape,public service facilities,etc.,the rural complex landscape planning and design method is proposed.Applying the method to practice,complete the landscape planning and design of the rural complex in Rose Town,Pingyin County.Based on the results of the field survey,comprehensively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the site,with the theme of "Ecological Pastoral,Rose Fragrant Garden",follow the agricultural industry as the basis,and develop prolific and integrated development;protect the ecological environment and create ecological pastoral;highlight the characteristics of roses,Inheriting the rose culture;the design concept of invigorating the village space and stimulating the vitality of the village,planning it as an overall layout of "one ring,one axis,five areas,and multiple points".On this basis,detailed plans are made for industrial development,road traffic,plant landscape,tourism projects and routes,public service facilities,festival planning,and major scenic spots.
