LNG is a kind of clean and high-quality energy,which has been widely used in ship transportation and other industries in recent years.For ships and other means of transportation,the dependence on fuel is strong,while the traditional fuel has serious environmental pollution.Under the background of holding high the banner of environmental protection in the world,the application of LNG has a good prospect.For ship anti pollution and dual fuel power ship,LNG filling will be the key factor of its use.LNG bunkering ship has the advantages of fast bunkering speed and strong maneuverability,which will be an important part of LNG supply.However,for LNG bunkering ships,if leakage,rollover and other phenomena occur in the operation process,it will cause a sharp rise in the pressure of the cargo tank,which has a certain degree of danger,causing great damage to personnel,the ship and the marine environment.Therefore,this paper analyzes the C-type cargo tank monitoring system of LNG bunkering ship,monitors its important parameters in real time,and designs a complete monitoring system.Through the use of the monitoring system,the operation status of the equipment can be known in real time.In case of any abnormality,the alarm operation shall be carried out and the crew shall be informed to take relevant measures.In this paper,first of all,the principle design of the c-cabin monitoring system of LNG bunkering ship is carried out.According to the relevant literature,determine the requirements and specifications of the monitoring system and LNG characteristics analysis,determine the functions of the monitoring system,including the prediction of bog content.Because of the complexity of the LNG filling system,it is divided into several sub-systems to study separately,and the information such as the parameters and monitoring positions that need to be monitored is summarized.At the same time,"modular design" is adopted for monitoring points,which is convenient for deletion and addition.The structure and principle of the monitoring system are studied,which is convenient for the subsequent design of hardware and software.Then the hardware part of the monitoring system is analyzed.Because of the diversity of acquisition parameters,the acquisition process of analog and switch signals is analyzed.According to the characteristics of LNG,select the appropriate sensor.For the ship,its cargo tank environment is bad,so the lower computer is used to ensure the complete transmission of the signal.After comparing the protocols of data transmission,determining the transmission protocol and data processing flow,a set of hardware system suitable for LNG bunkering ship is designed.According to the determined monitoring parameters and the structure of the monitoring system,the functions of the software are determined.At the same time,using programming software completes the construction of database.The monitoring data and alarm information are automatically stored,which is convenient for later analysis and operation.Simulate the alarm process of switching value and analog value data,and clarify its working principle.The extended alarm function is designed,and the shortcut key is set,which can be operated directly in other places.After the alarm signal appears,it can be operated in time to improve the safety of the ship.Use QT software to complete the software development and human-machine interface design of c-cabin monitoring system of LNG filling ship.Finally,the function of the software is verified by the principle prototype in the laboratory,and its function realization degree and relevant interface are tested.Design the relevant experimental scheme and steps,determine the items to be monitored and the location of the monitoring points,complete the connection and communication of the hardware part,and carry out the principle sample cabin experiment.In the experiment,the function of the software is verified.When the parameter state is abnormal,observe whether the software gives an audible and visual alarm in time,so as to prove the correctness of the monitoring system.
