With the more scientific development of modern project management concepts and management methods, people have a deeper understanding of modern project management. In modern project management,it is no longer confined to the three major objectives of time limit, cost and quality control, but now it is extended to the management objectives of safety, information and environment.Among them, the environmental impact analysis of the project is an indispensable part of the project construction management, and the quantitative study of environmental objectives is the focus and difficulty of current research.Sponge city construction projects have natural-advantages in adapting to environmental changes and coping with natural disasters, and play an active and effective role in promoting the construction of new urbanization in China. This paperwill rely on the construction management of sponge city construction proj ect.Firstly, quantitative analysis and research will be carried out on the four objectives of construction period, cost, quality and environment, and on this basis,multi-objective optimization research will be carried out.The main research results are as follows:(1)The multi-objective comprehensive optimization model of sponge city construction project is constructed.Based on the network plan, the time limit model of the project is established;the time limit-cost model is constructed by using the power function model;the time limit-quality model is established by putting forward the concept of system reliability and calculating;the environmental protection model is established according to the classification and weight calculation of the environmental impact factors in the sponge City construction project;finally, the ideal point method evaluation model is put forward.A comprehensive optimization model is established(2)The solving method of multi-objective optimization model of engineering project is discussed.Combining the specific process and characteristics of genetic algorithm and multi-objective optimization algorithm of genetic algorithm, the best solution method is found for the comprehensive optimization model.Taking a typical project as an example, the validity and rationality of the model are verified. Finally, the genetic algorithm NSGA-II is used as the best solution algorithm to optimize the engineering case(3)Take a regional sponge city construction project in Xi'an as an example to carry out engineering application demonstration. The multi-objective optimization of one of the underground storage and storage projects is discussed, and the genetic algorithm optimization calculation is carried out.The optimal scheme of the single project is obtained by using the ideal point method. On this basis, combined with the characteristics of the integrity and complexity of the sponge city construction project, the multi-objective optimization of each project in the system is carried out,and the optimization results are analyzed comprehensively. It is concluded that the construction period is shortened by 12%,the cost is reduced by 0.2%,and the quality and environmental objectives also meet the requirements of the contract, and the balanced optimization of the construction period, cost, quality and environment is realized.GoalsMulti-objective optimization is not only satisfies the engineering quality and time limit required by the contract of sponge city construction project, but also balances the engineering quality, cost time limit and environment by adjusting the duration of working procedure, realizes the balance among the multi-objective,makes the project construction proceed smoothly and orderly, and puts forward the multi-objective optimization for the construction management of sponge city construction. For reference and basis.
