Research On Automatic Test Systerm Design And Application For Protection And Measuring Control Standardized Information In Smart Substation

As the demand of electronic grid technology development,State Grid Company had issued a series of design specification documents,which explaining that electronic grid technology is developing more and more sharing,intelligent,standardized.This series of change not only provides the technical underpinnings,but also brings forward much higher demands to automatic test.Although,there are several problems in auto-testing complication below.(1)How to widen extent of auto-testing application.It means if we can add new style of result data to automatic judgement.(2)How to control different relay tester no matter the difference between each manufactures through private communicating agreement.(3)How to satisefy updating test demands,apply more test items by designing growth test system.(4)How to create and optimize test templates for relay protection and controling standardized message testing.To solve the problems above,this paper summarizes the key factors of automatic test system,paper makes research on designing and application of the test system like below working content.(1)Explaining the designing ideas of test system,According to the updating test demands,there is not suitable test methord,so proposing the key improvement technology through the analysis between two test methods.(2)Based on the improvement technology,designing a new automatic test system.Discussing the keys of the component modules of the system.The solution of the designing questions is the innovation of the system design.(3)With the accumulation of the testing templates,more managing pressure will exist if not planning and controlling.So providing new child templates technology,which can generate execution templates.Then researching on how to optimize the execution templates so that improving testing efficiency.(4)Discussing several testing methods for typical testing items through analyzing the characteristics of standardized message testing.Expanding to the same type testing items,the methods can satisefy the testing demands as many as possible.(5)Giving the testing example on the pilot relay protection and controlling under 35 kV voltage levels.Building scheme,analyzing process,creating templates,and excuting templates.In summary,paper has realized the designing and application of automatic test system in standardized message testing in intelligent station.Accroding to the analyzing,the syetem application is extensible,which can be used to solve more complicated testing items.The automatic test system has good prospects for application in future.
